Required skills and experience Formal Lead Auditor qualification with experience in conducting internal and external audits. 5+ years of experience in a Line/Heavy/Base Maintenance and/or Airplane Modification environment Knowledge of applicable European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and/or Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Regulations Experience working with Regulators and Customers and interpreting their requirements and expectations for Safety and Compliance Monitoring. Excellent communication skills & good teamwork. Must be computer literate. A flexible and proactive attitude with a willingness to take on and complete tasks, whatever they may be. Must be willing to travel as required. Must be willing to apply for and be able to successfully receive an LGW Airport airside access pass. Must have right to live and work in the United Kingdom.Desired skills and experience Qualified and experienced in Human Factors. Knowledge of workplace and operational safety an advantage. Experience of using Q-Pulse (compliance management system) an advantage. Experience data mining, analysing data, and presenting findings.
