Our client based in Bordon is looking for a Quality Manager to maintain their quality approvals, and to plan and oversee internal quality audits. You will be expected to stay up to date on any changes and requirements of quality standards, and of any compliance or regulatory requirements essential to the business. They are looking for someone with proven Quality Management experience, who is very self-motivated and driven. The hours for this position are Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5pm (30mins lunch), and Friday, 8:30am – 1:30pm (no break). Main Responsibilities: Plan and manage internal audits for 2 main sites, ensuring prompt implementation methods of corrective measures – you will be expected to travel between both sites Uphold the standards of the Quality Management System Assist department managers with any quality concerns Contribute to the identification and execution of ongoing improvement initiatives Participate in Management Review Meetings to discuss quality performance Conduct thorough investigations into quality issues using 8D techniques etc. Respond to customer quality surveys, and answer any customer legislative queries Offer guidance to customers regarding regulatory compliance, including Export Control Must Have Skills: Experience working with quality systems (preferably aerospace EN9100/9120) Experience of internal auditing, and lead auditor trained (EN9100) Understanding of Export Control, (ITAR & SPIRE), REACH, RoHS, and other applicable regulations Knowledge of quality practices like 8D Proficiency within IT – Microsoft Office, including mainly Excel, and Visio You must be responsible, focused, proactive, and organised You must have excellent communication skills You must have a flexible approach to working hours if necessaryBenefits: Early finish on a Friday (1:30pm) Possible hybrid/flexible working 5% pension contribution Life assurance policy 2x salary 25 days annual leave £10 a month gym contributionIf this position sounds like you, and you have all the necessary skills and experience, please don’t hesitate to click ‘Apply’ today!
