Applicants are sought who previous experience working in a senior quality position within a complex manufacturing sector (aerospace, automotive, defence) and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards and customer requirements. Commutable from: Portsmouth, Fareham, Southampton, Worthing, Havant, Chichester, Winchester. Salary: £ 52,000 – £ 65,000 + excellent benefits Suitable For: Quality Manager, Senior Quality Engineer, Head of Quality, Quality Director. The position: Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS). Facilitate Corrective Action and Root Cause Analysis activities with other site functions. Instil a culture of right first time and drive a positive culture. Lead and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and skills across the organization. Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Interface with customers and suppliers to address quality concerns and ensure effective resolution. Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders. The Candidate Management experience in a quality function in the aerospace, automotive, or a similar manufacturing environment. Experience developing quality and business systems. A good understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodology. Proven people leadership experience. Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
