About this position: Do you have Quality Engineering experience? My client is for an automotive company which designs and manufacturers superior quality interior and exterior lighting and they have over a decade of experience in the automotive interior lighting sector and they are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer. Your main responsibility will be implement and manage the QMS within the business and additional projects. You will also assist with planning, coordinating and implementing key project developments from concept through to production handover from both a project delivery and a quality aspect. Responsibilities: * Report to the Engineering Manager on all Quality objectives and project deliverables * Ownership of Company QM System * Maintain ISO9001 system documentation for engineering & production activities * Liaison with suppliers and implementation of control of quality procedures at source * Goods in / out inspection process and documentation system creation and management * Component & Finished Part inspection * Implementation of TQM ethos and tools within the business * Implementation of TQM processes and documentation within the business Experience Required: * HND or Degree in an Engineering discipline * Competent user of MS office packages. * Experience working closely with internal and external customers
