Duties and Responsibilities Active engagement in continuous improvement activities such as documentation, promotion, and objective reporting of captured KPI metrics for quality and PEAR activities. Liaison with organisation and departmental leadership, to assist design and development, implementation and maintenance of QA / QC programmes and to advise on the resources required to fulfil the quality task within their department. Creation and maintenance of internal external audit schedule for nominated Group entities, and reporting on schedule when operating as an Auditor in accordance with organisational compliance manuals. To provide the best support possible for our customers in the Aviation industry. Support top level management in ensuring that Quality Objectives and Quality Policy are set and regularly reviewed. Assist in the identification of risk and subsequent acceptance or mitigation strategies throughout nominated Group activities Analyse data on the effectiveness of the QMS and evaluate where continual improvements of the QMS can be made. This may include data generated as a result of monitoring and measurement and from other relevant sources. Continuation of MOR / SMS reporting system including safety assurance and safety promotion. Be conversant with, and maintain knowledge on EASA Part 145, EASA Part 21 subpart G and ISO 9001/AS9100 standards, and company compliance manuals.
