Collaborating with commercial teams to align production with customer demand, challenging lead times and improving operational efficiency. Maintaining accurate capacity plans, work-to-lists, and performance metrics while ensuring timely release of production batch cards. Building strong internal relationships to resolve production issues and enhance service quality across departments.
