In this role you will be a crucial member of this high-tech automotive production facility, responsible for a team of highly skilled engineers and operatives. This role heavily relies on your people management skills and technical proficiency to improve team productivity. You will be responsible for budget, scheduling hours, upholding quality standards and managing Health and Safety.
