Project Manager (Production) Cheshire Circa £60K basic + 4 day week + 1 day WFH + 22% pension RPS are working on an exclusive basis with a global tier 1 aerospace manufacturer, who after winning a large project of work with an OEM are looking for a an experienced Project Manager with a background in managing large volume production projects. You will be responsible for; * Setting up a dedicated production cell * Purchase, installation and commissioning of additional equipment and tooling * Recruitment and training * Material and subcon procurement and logistics * Achievement of required production rate whilst maintaining the predicted profit margins * Management of project costs Ideally you will have a background in either aerospace or automotive manufacturing and an understanding of titanium/steel press/bulge forming.
