Production Manager Trafford Park, Manchester £50,000 per annum Full-time | Monday to Friday | 44 hours per weekI am working with a highly reputable manufacturing business in Manchester to find a new Site Production Manager to take over the responsibility of their factory operations and lead a high-performing team. As Site Production Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a busy production facility. You will ensure that operations are efficient, targets are met, and quality and safety standards are consistently upheld. The Production Manager role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement across all areas of production.
