3 - 5 Years in Production Management or Senior Team Leader role. * Manage people effectively using appropriate management techniques, with a focus on employee engagement. * Play a key role in facilitating CI activity. * Monitor shift rotors and ensure machine cover meets schedule requirements. * Focus on a high level of schedule adherence. * Ensure versatility within your team to meet output requirement and develop staff morale. * Complete performance management and first level disciplinary when required. * Promote good communication between the Machine Shop and Production Engineering. * Ensure 5S implementation throughout the factory, mentoring and empowering Team Leaders. * Track, monitor and improve all responsible KPI's (safety, environment, quality, cost, delivery and people). * Implement thorough TPM throughout the factory. * Communicate clearly with all team members and management through daily meetings. Experience: * Lean Manufacturing: 3 years (Required) * Production Management: 3 years (Required) * Machine Shop / CNC: 5 years (Required)
