Working in an industry where clients are heavily reliant on their machinery being up and running, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring this happens. As a Parts Manager you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, showing a constant "can-do" attitude and keeping the depot stock and administration in check. Industry background isn't too important here, what is important is that you understand the company ethos- hard-working and solutions driven. If you don't know the answer you will find it, with that in mind you will show the drive to learn about and understand the products you are selling. This will be supported by in-house training which will be offered on an ongoing basis. This role is front of house so you will be required to meet customers and direct them to the right team, other duties include * Inventory management * Promote and sell parts and services * Verify incoming shipments and stock orders * Co-ordinate parts training with the Group Parts Manager Due to the industry of this business you will be required to work extended hours during certain months- but you will be rewarded!
