This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, a superb salary basic of £40k is on offer with additional bonuses on top Job Duties include: Lead and motivate a team of parts specialists to deliver strong customer service Work collaboratively with the service and sales departments to fulfil parts requirements Fully accountable for departmental profitability, driving sales, gross profit and cost control to optimise financial performance Develop and implement strategies to optimise parts sales and inventory control Requirements: Experience within a parts manager position is preferred Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to develop a team Full clean licence Knowledge of inventory management and parts catalogue systems Reasons to apply: Strong salary basic Additional OTE on top Company vehicle Healthcare schemes We are thrilled to be working with this established business in the North West region.
