Parts Controller - Head Office Up to £33,500+ per annum 45 hours per week Location: Camberley GU16 Benefits * Excellent salary plus bonus * 28 days annual leave (Inclusive bank holidays) * Workplace pension scheme * Free Training and Development Academy * Employee long service rewards (Inc. additional holiday) * Free uniform (and PPE) * Life insurance About the role As part of an experienced team, you will * Identify and order parts through a variety of sources (Inc. main dealers; trade outlets; salvage operators etc.) * Job costing (FP) * Liaise with other departments, including Vehicle Damage Assessors * Maintain full understanding of Motofix parts and services in order to answer sales and service enquiries * Work with sites to manage parts returns and communicate exceptional items to accounts teams * You will play a pivotal role in site productivity, customer outcomes and margin performance. Skills/Experience & Qualifications * 3 years of automotive parts experience * Excellent customer manner (warm, friendly and helpful) * Basic up-selling skills * Strong IT, admin and organisational skills * Ability and willingness to learn and undertake other duties within the admin team What we look for * Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision. * Knowledge of sourcing parts from the most suitable suppliers OE, Non-OE, Green etc. * Ability to identify automotive parts correctly. * Manage parts returns ensuring prompt recovery of parts credits. * IT skills related to automotive parts systems.
