The Role You will be ensuring the workshop and customers’ needs and requirements for parts are met. This will be achieved by maintaining stock levels against delivery notes and storing parts in correct places. Pre-picking parts for the workshop to ensure smooth flow of jobs. Processing payments and invoices for customers and dealing with walk in customers ensuring these are managed to a high standard throughout to exceed the customer expectations. About you Ideally you will have previous experience of working within a parts department and have a mechanical background or knowledge. You need to be highly organised, while following Dealership Process and have the ability to prioritise workload.
