Sytner Group is looking for a motivated and committed Parts Advisor to join our team at BMW MINI Sunningdale As a Sytner Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for driving parts and accessory sales through both the sales and aftersales departments. You will work closely with the Service and Sales Advisor teams to ensure we deliver great customer solutions and experiences. You will make recommendations on products, parts and accessories that meet our customer requirements and maximise the enjoyment of our brand. You will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers/suppliers. You will ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly, and support and assist colleagues and customers with parts & accessory identification, searching and sourcing. You will also assist with the parts stock room and ensure it is well maintained and stock levels are managed. You will take responsibly for displaying, marketing, ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. Sytner Parts Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. About you You will be natural in-front of customers and have a passion and enthusiasm for our brand. You will have an eye for detail and understand how additional accessories can really enhance the appearance, functionality and enjoyment of our vehicles. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be IT literate. High levels of organisation and attention to detail are required for this role. Fantastic communication skills and customer facing experience are essential as you will be talking to customers both face to face and over the phone.
