Role: Paint Technician Salary: £40K-£45K OTE £55K Area: Edinburgh Ascend Talent is seeking a Paint Technician to join a prestige accident repair centre based in Huddersfiled. As a Paint Technician you will be responsible for all Prep, Paint & Polish aspects of the vehicles entrusted with the ARC. In this position it requires knowledge & previous experience of the various systems & methods. Responsibilities: As a Paint Technician you will be responsible for; * Surface preparation, filling, sanding and cleaning surfaces * Unpacking, handling and preparing parts prior to paint * Minor Filler Jobs * Prepare and clean panels for priming. * Priming * Prepare Vehicles for paint * Polishing * Light to Medium repairs Experience/ Skill: * Background of Paint Technician or Automotive Body Repair role * ATA or equivalent qualifications desirable.
