We're currently seeking an experienced Automotive Repair Paint Sprayer to join us in delivering exceptional results to our clients. ​ As a Vehicle Paint Technician with Steer Automotive Group, you will: * Utilise your expertise to perform precise paint spraying techniques on vehicles undergoing repair. * Prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring surfaces are properly cleaned, sanded, and masked. * Mix and match paint colours accurately to match existing finishes or specifications. * Operate and maintain spray painting equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance. * Inspect completed paint jobs to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. * Carry out high volume repairs carried out to the BSI PAS 10125 standards. ​ We are looking for a experienced Vehicle Painter / Prepper with: ​ * Proven experience as an Vehicle Paint Technician, ideally from an automotive repair background * Proficiency in preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and executing precise spraying techniques * Knowledge of automotive paint products, colour matching, and industry best practices * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding results * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards * ATA or NVQ qualified would be highly beneficial, and we are happy to support in renewing these qualifications. ​ Join us and be part of a team dedicated to excellence in automotive repair.
