C&S Tyres currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join a busy tyre workshop based in Leigh, Greater Manchester. C&S Tyres, part of the Tyrefix UK Group, is a leading specialist in the heavy OTR tyre market and has been in operation since 1998. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, C&S Tyres carry out its own manufacturing processes including vulcanized tyre repairs to 4x4, truck, agricultural & earthmover tyres, solid press ons and solid filling of tyres. The role * £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE) * Competitive performance-based bonus scheme * Working Monday – Friday * Occasional weekend work and overtime may be required depending on demand * Site-based in Leigh, Greater Manchester Site operating hours are 7am-5.30pm, we would expect the successful candidate to be flexible to work between these hours but do not expect them to work 7am-5.30pm on a daily basis. You will be responsible for the overall management of the depot, the management of up to 5 Tyre Technicians and up to 5 Depot Staff involved in the manufacturing processes as well as logging and despatching customer breakdowns and daily operations.
