Role Overview: They are seeking a detail-oriented Kit Cutter to support their laminating department by accurately cutting and preparing composite material kits. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency and ensuring material integrity through careful handling and precise cutting. Key Responsibilities: * Cut composite materials accurately according to technical specifications and production requirements * Inspect materials to ensure they meet quality standards and report any defects. * Organize and deliver prepared material kits to the production cells * Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring correct material selection and storage * Maintain accurate records of material usage and support procurement processes * Collaborate with the laminating and production teams to streamline operations * Adhere to health, safety, and company quality standards at all times. Skills and Experience Required: * Experience in material cutting, composite manufacturing, or a related field (essential) * Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar field * Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical drawings and specifications * Good organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain efficient workflow * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer skills for record-keeping and stock management If this opportunity is for you then apply now
