We are currently recruiting an Internal Sales Advisor/Administrator to work for our premium automotive client. This is a fixed-term contract until September 2024! This exciting opportunity will allow you to work for one of the biggest car manufacturers, onsite at their UK Head Office in Farnborough. The rate of pay will depend on experience. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours, the hours of work are: - 9am to 5pm 27 days holiday entitlement for the first full year, increasing to a maximum of 30 days! All employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus scheme (subject to terms & conditions). Your Time at Work As an Internal Sales Advisor, your duties will include: - Customer Service both Internal/External at all levels - Customer communication from enquiry to order stage, managing customer expectations and providing accurate information to both customer and external stakeholders in relation to vehicle orders, in-life management, and vehicle return - Administration and Data Entry - Checking data to ensure entries (vehicle orders) are correct - Full ordering support for Rental/Lease/Fleet and Private Sales vehicles, ordering for specific requirements, managing the order from build to handover, to provide maximum information to the Rental/Lease/Fleet/Private Sales teams - Ordering to agreed specification levels, to tight deadlines, and ensuring that any follow-up transactions are conducted in a timely manner. - Fleet management of internal fleets from order to defleet, including in-life management and queries. Our Perfect Worker Our ideal Internal Sales Administrator would have previous experience in either sales or Administration.
