Mane Aerospace is seeking a Head of QHSE to lead our European operations. This is a senior leadership role with real impact, driving compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement across multiple sites. Travel: Up to 30% Reporting to: CEO What You'll Be Doing: Leading a high-performing QHSE team across Europe Driving compliance with aviation and customer regulations (including Part 145) Overseeing audits, quality assurance/control, safety protocols, and risk management Championing ESG practices and sustainability initiatives Acting as the key contact for regulators, customers, and auditors Driving operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement What We're Looking For: Degree in Aviation, Safety, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience) Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified Proven leadership in aviation QHSE and ESG standards Strong communication, auditing, and analytic skills Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels You'll work closely with our executive team, production leaders, and industry partners to shape a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability.
