Head of Operations Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum Location: Sheffield We are looking for a Head of Operations to join an automotive parts supplier in Sheffield. This role is available due to growth, and we are looking for someone who can support continue and push this growth forward. The ideal candidate will have energy and ambition to help lead this journey. You will have experience within a Operations or Project Management role, ideally within a similar sector. – if you do not have sector experience, you must have a genuine interest in Automotive / Engines. Day to Day * Responsible for the resourcing and development of the wider ops team. * Work closely with the Head of Marketing to drive sustainable, organic growth while maintaining a healthy gross profit margin. * Drive improvements across all areas of the company's supply chain, improving accuracy and speed of delivery, while reducing wastage and costs, through better processes and automation. * The company is keen to expand its well-established global network of customers through * Team management of approx. 11. * Improving its international supply chain.
