The Managing Director has been living in your shoes and he is now ready to pass the operational reins to someone with your vision and expertise to drive the business forward, allowing him to focus on strategic goals. This isn’t your typical operations role. In a fast-paced aftermarket automotive sector, you’ll oversee "anything that moves." A transport background is essential, as navigating the industry's challenges and being reactive are key to success here. As Head of Operations, these are the key areas that will all be under your watchful eye: * Warehousing * Assembly * Paint shop * Transport * Health & Safety With a new site on the horizon in Bristol, this is your chance to lead a team and shape processes that will define the company’s future. You’ll have four direct reports, including a long-standing team member as your right-hand Operations Manager who’s been with the business for 12 years, bringing invaluable insight and experience.
