Breakdown Coordination: Handling customer breakdown calls and ensuring timely dispatch of engineers. Job Card Management: Updating job records within the internal system and efficiently assigning tasks. Fleet Availability: Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of vehicle availability. Team Collaboration: Working closely with engineering and transport teams to ensure timely vehicle readiness and dispatch.
