As we drive forward our mission to support the future workforce and set the benchmark for excellence, we are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in providing high-quality financial analysis, insight, and challenge to senior leaders and executives across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, driving performance, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide regular and ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a key link between Finance and the wider organisation.
  • Support income generation, efficiency improvements, and cost management.
  • Prepare and review business cases for new opportunities.
  • Lead or support finance-related projects and represent Finance at internal meetings.
  • Deliver timely and accurate monthly management reports and attend review meetings with budget holders.
  • Lead the annual budget process and support quarterly forecasting.
  • Coordinate performance reporting, including KPIs and scorecards.
  • Extract and analyse data from systems ensuring high data integrity.
  • Provide general support to the Head of Finance as required.

About You

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Confident working with financial systems and large datasets.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
  • Professional finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience preferred.
