Qualifications & Experience: *Proven experience in electrical system design, particularly within safety-critical environments. *Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience. *Strong understanding of electrical product design, development, and testing methodologies. *Experience managing bill of materials in a complex engineering environment. *Familiarity with schematic electrical design tools (e.g., Mentor Capital). *Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements for safety-critical products, ideally within the aerospace sector.
