Customer Support Technician – Based in Buckinghamshire IMMEDIATE START! You will ideally have worked either in the OEM Automotive or Motorsport industry with some knowledge and experience of vehicle data analysis, vehicle testing or race data analysis/telemetry, OR have technical customer support experience within IT or related role, (full product training will be given). Any knowledge or experience if the following would be an advantage, but not essential: - An understanding of vehicle data acquisition techniques, any exposure to vehicle CAN and GPS technologies, technology testing or basic electronics knowledge Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, have proficient writing technique, be self-motivated and can work with minimum of supervision with ability to grasp, learn and develop quickly. You will provide excellent customer technical support for all the company’s products via the phone, email and Microsoft Teams to clients and a network of distributors on a global basis, have a logical approach to troubleshooting with ability to multi-task
