Customer Support Agent Location: Sheffield (S35 area) Salary: £25,000 per annum Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, standard office hours) About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Agent to join a professional and friendly support team based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple digital platforms. You'll be responsible for providing prompt and professional support to customers, resolving queries via telephone, email, and live chat. You'll also play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information and maintaining a positive and helpful approach throughout every interaction.
