Customer Service  Representative We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to become part of our clients dynamic team , a leading Aerospace manufacturing business located in the heart of Hayes, Middlesex. About : Our clientl is renowned for its prestigious and demanding customer base in the Aerospace sector. . Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the linchpin between our customers and our internal teams. Reporting to the Customer Service Executive, your role will involve: Conducting full contract reviews on all customer orders. Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate updates on our internal SAP system. Addressing and resolving customer queries efficiently. Managing customer portals and providing timely orderbook updates. Collaborating across departments to maintain seamless communication. Key Requirements: Proven experience in customer service, admin, sales, or an office environment. Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and Excel. Familiarity with SAP systems is preferred but not essential. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Working Hours: This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. .
