We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about providing our customers with an expert and personal experience, making it clear the things they value are in safe hands at Steer Group. ​You will be responsible for: * Delivering a fast and efficient service to insurers and customers. * Ensuring accurate administration of customer files, whilst building a genuine rapport. * Handling telephone and email enquiries within the central hub. * Efficiently deploying claims based upon a geographical area. * Working to targets to achieve team and individual goals. ​ ​About You ​In order to excel in the role, it is vital that you have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ​A professional telephone manner is essential for this position, as is the ability to communicate effectively via email.
