Contact Centre Advisor- Automotive - Bristol

Salary: £20,694 basic + Bonus

Hours: Monday-Friday, 1 week of 9.30am-6pm, 1 week of 8-4.30pm then 1 in 6 Saturday mornings 8.30-1

Contact Centre Advisor Responsibilities:

The position of Customer Service Advisor is to receive telephone calls from customers regarding their service bookings and make outbound calls to existing customers identifying and responding to their needs. To upsell products and services through the use of professional sales techniques and to ensure the best experience for the customer.

Contact Centre Advisor Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years' experience in customer service/ call centre
• UK Driving License
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Automotive experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
