Hours: Monday-Friday, 1 week of 9.30am-6pm, 1 week of 8-4.30pm then 1 in 6 Saturday mornings 8.30-1

The position of Customer Service Advisor is to receive telephone calls from customers regarding their service bookings and make outbound calls to existing customers identifying and responding to their needs. To upsell products and services through the use of professional sales techniques and to ensure the best experience for the customer.
