Make outbound calls to existing customers identifying and responding to their needs. To upsell products and services through the use of professional sales techniques and to ensure the best experience for the customer. Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor: You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in a customer focused environment, preferably within a high-end brand. Confident telephone manner and be able to work as part of a team and priorities workload. Automotive experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
