The role The position of Customer Service Advisor is to receive telephone calls from customers regarding their service bookings and make outbound calls to existing customers identifying and responding to their needs. To upsell products and services through the use of professional sales techniques and to ensure the best experience for the customer. About you You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills and have previous experience in a customer focused environment, preferably within a high-end brand. You will have a confident telephone manner and be able to work as part of a team and priorities workload. If you have automotive experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided. What Heritage can offer you Alternating shift patterns of 8.00 – 16.30 and 9.30 – 18.00 Monday to Friday. 1 in 4 contracted Saturday morning 8.30 – 13.00 paid overtime and NO BANK HOLIDAY working.
