Role: Internal Account Handler - IMMEDIATE START Location: Leeds, LS12 Salary: £10 per hour Contract: Ongoing temp, minimum of 3months, possibility for 12 months, Monday- Friday, 8:30am- 5pm Our client has an exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual to join their team as an Internal Account Handler/ Customer Service Coordinator! You will work alongside the Customer Services Team as well as Sales Management to ensure a high level of service is always provided! Main Duties: Effectively manage and retain a specific customer base to ensure that the highest levels of service are offered, and greatest efficiencies met. Maintain an agreed level of pro-active telephone contact with existing accounts and ensuring an understanding of the customer's needs and objectives. Working closely with managed accounts and creating effective communication to other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Using promotional activities to increase the sales value of orders (upselling) Anticipate any service issues and react promptly to ensure customer KPI's are met Liaise between production and customers to efficiently answer general enquiries concerning deliveries and production Ensure that the external sales team are kept informed of any developments relevant to their accounts Ensure that all customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion Supply the General sales manager on a weekly basis of your calls, with successes, challenges and follow ups via a reporting template Key Skills: Must be customer focused Ability to work to specific deadlines Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Communicate efficiently and effectively Confident in communicating with customers and stakeholders Be able to work alone and as part of a team Must be flexible Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information Good knowledge of Export Documentation Excellent skills in all Microsoft applications Knowledge of Spex / Aurora is beneficial Knowledge of European languages (German desired) is advantageous Benefits: Free Parking Time can split between the office and working from home Auto enrolment If you are interested in this great opportunity please send your CV At Venatu Recruitment Group, your right to privacy is important to us.
