Job Introduction                  Due to an internal promotion, we are recruiting for a Customer Retention Specialist to join the team at our VW Commercial Dealership in Droitwich. The hours of work are 09:00 - 17:00 with a 1 hour lunch working 3 days a week. As a Customer Retention Advisor you will make outbound calls to existing / previous customers promoting VW Commercial's service, offering customers comprehensive support in all of their vehicle servicing and maintenance requirements Role and Responsibilities Outbound aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the dealership for service or repairs. Follow up calls to remind customers of required work previously identified Accurate data inputting of customer details Identifying infrequent customers and promoting Listers services Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction Improve and drive lead conversions Contacting prospective customers and upselling products Adhering to brand standardsAbout you Automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
