Composite Laminator Nights / Motorsport / Contract / Oxford / Inside IR35 Title – Composite Laminator Location – Wantage, Oxfordshire Salary - £30 - £31 PH (PAYE) Length – Minimum of a 6-month contract Shift – Monday – Thursday (Night Shift) Status – Inside IR35 About TXM Recruit are looking to acquire a skilled Composite Laminator who ideally has experience working in the fast-paced engineering sector. The successful candidate will be passionate about developing a career in the Formula 1 sector, having extensive experience operating as a composite laminator in the motorsport/F1 environment. This is an enticing and growth fulfilling opportunity which has just arisen within a leading Formula 1 Team. This organisation is one of the longest lasting teams on the grid. There is a real forward drive happening with this client, with the winter build well under way. Skills * A minimum of 5+ years’ experience within F1/Motorsport * Good knowledge of laminating processes Key Responsibilities * Assembling carbon fibre components utilising engineering drawings and build manuals * Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products * Ensure materials used are as specified and laid up in accordance with lay-up instructions and / or the manuals * Laminate with good attention to detail * Vacuum bag parts to a high standard * Assist as required in all aspects of Production including preparation of moulds and de-moulding * Complete paperwork to the required standard How to Apply - If you would like to apply for this position, then please do not hesitate to contact me on (phone number removed) or (url removed)
