Composite Laminator – F1 Contract Outside IR35 Nights/Weekend Shift Available Start: End of September Location: Silverstone £32 - £35ph We’re supporting a leading Formula One team with their upcoming build season and are looking for experienced Composite Laminators to join on contract. The role: Laminating and manufacturing high-performance composite components for F1 applications. Working from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals to exact specifications. Preparing, laying up, and curing pre-preg carbon fibre. Using hand and power tools for trimming, fitting, and assembly. Ensuring all parts meet strict quality and motorsport standards. Maintaining a clean, safe working environment and adhering to health & safety requirements. The ideal candidate: Previous F1 laminating experience is essential. Skilled in pre-preg carbon fibre lay-up and complex laminating processes. Ability to work accurately to tight tolerances and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
