Our client is a market leader in the field of remarketing and disposal. Due to head count increase our client is now looking to recruit a full time Client Services Manager to work full time Monday to Friday 9am-17.30pm. Some hybrid work options are available, this is subject to further discussion. Overall responsibilities * Managing/qualifying incoming account leads, and creating onboarding journeys for new accounts created, including follow-ups and first purchase support * Building lasting relationships with buyers of all business sizes - small indie through to large supermarket * Attract both franchise and non-franchise dealers, car supermarkets, independent dealers and sole traders to relevant sales events * Demonstrate the benefits of purchasing stock via G3 instead of other online and physical remarketing channels, both within and outside the regular sales programme * Work within the sales and marketing team, time will be split between supporting our existing buyer base and managing incoming buyer enquiries for example, Live Chat, Email Mailbox, promoting post-sale "buy it now/Bid Now" process - Understanding customer requirements, placing vehicles with relevant customers and closing vehicle sales as soon as sales are complete * Ensuring that the company maximises returns and conversion rates for vendors * Working with the marketing team to manage and generate incoming buyer account leads via cold calling or using existing/new trade and supplier relationships • Responsible for dormant buyer management, identifying trends, re-engaging regularly and understanding concerns • Manage Pre-sale enquiries, e.g. check over of vehicles for customers who cannot attend the sale * Responsible for tracking our buyer fee tier structure, including incentivising and relaying upwards/downward tier moves with buyers every month/quarter The Candidate: * Must have a professional and confident demeanour, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels * Excellent telephone manner and strong face to face communications skills * Good networker and strong but balanced influencing skills • * Strong organisational skills with the ability drive projects forward without constant involvement A passion for the automotive industry preferable * Experience in vehicle remarketing, vehicle auctions or managing trade to trade used vehicle disposals * Previous direct selling experience in a B2B environment (ideally automotive) * Experience working with CRMs and other based IT systems * Proven experience in attracting and placing vehicles into the trade to maximise returns * A full UK driving license (with no more than 3 points) Rewards: * Excellent base salary * Up to 10% profit related bonus * Regular band review based on skills and performance * Pension * Life Assurance * Excellent Holiday Entitlement * Birthday leave * On-site parking * Opportunities to progress If you would like to work for a rewarding organisation with great prospects, please forward your up-to-date CV for consideration
