The Role * Take full ownership of the brand's profit and loss across new and pre-owned vehicle operations. * Develop and execute a cohesive sales and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. * Ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and After-Sales teams to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. * Identify market opportunities and forge partnerships with high-end, complementary lifestyle brands. * Act as the face of the brand, leading showroom excellence, customer engagement, and brand representation across all channels. * Oversee digital marketing efforts and in-person activations to strengthen market presence. * Lead, mentor, and support the sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of performance and innovation. Ideal Candidate * 7-10 years of experience in automotive premium brands * Strong knowledge of the local market in Bahrain and the wider GCC region. * Fluent in English and Arabic * Proven ability to manage teams, develop brand strategies, and achieve commercial targets. * Confident communicator with strong business insight and stakeholder management skills. * We will also consider candidates currently managing luxury brands, such as Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Patek Philippe, Rolex, Audemars Piguet etc… What's on Offer Competitive remuneration and performance-related incentives with a great on-target-earning potential.
