We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager on behalf of our client in Bahrain. This is a pivotal role within the retail automotive sector, offering an exciting opportunity to lead brand strategy and execution at a flagship passenger car dealership. Role Overview The Brand Manager will take ownership of the brand's local identity, ensuring its representation aligns with global standards while delivering an exceptional customer journey. This role requires a visionary with a deep understanding of premium markets, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for 'special' vehicles. Key Responsibilities Implement brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints including design, digital channels, events, and staff engagement Create and lead innovative local marketing campaigns that support global brand objectives Oversee the full customer journey, delivering a seamless and luxurious experience from initial contact through to after-sales engagement Support the sales team by aligning brand storytelling with business goals and enhancing customer conversion Manage high-profile events such as product launches, track days, and VIP experiences to build client loyalty Establish and nurture key partnerships and PR opportunities to enhance local brand presence Monitor KPIs, customer insights, and market trends to refine strategy and optimise performance Foster a collaborative team culture through regular meetings and performance development initiatives Candidate Profile A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field A minimum of 5 years' experience in brand management, preferably in the premium automotive or luxury retail sector Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Proficient in digital marketing, CRM tools, and event management A genuine enthusiasm for the premium automotive industry The Package Base salary BD 1,700 per month plus benefits such as housing allowance, car, medical, flights and a highly competitive incentive scheme.
