Responsibilities Managing the team of Sales Executives and a Business Manager Leading and motivating the team to meet sales targets on vehicles and finance and insurance products Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email Working to market vehicles and services on offer both in the dealership and online To ensure delivery of excellent customer service within all areas of responsibility Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way Collating finance proposals for customers To ensure full compliance to FCA guidelines on the selling of financial services products by all relevant staff. Skills/Experience FCA Accredited Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet a goal Commercial awareness and financial analysis Good understanding of the Used Car market place Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure A calm and professional manner IT literate & full UK driving licence Benefits 30 days holiday a year (inclusive of Bank Holidays) Healthcare cash plan.
