What you will be doing: • This is a customer-focused position as such the ideal candidate will be able to build relationships and achieve 100% customer satisfaction. • Assess damage and provide estimates, liaise with customers on works to be completed, and follow up on estimates using the tracker system. • Complete job cards/repair orders and pass them to the workshop. Record and communicate authority for any extra work required or parts to be ordered or fitted. Assist in planning the forward capacity of the Bodyshop. • Monitor all work and report any likely delays to the customer. • Inspect and test incoming and outgoing vehicles, acting as Quality Controller • What we need from you: • At least 1 years’ experience as a Bodyshop estimator, with experience working with Audatex. • A high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail • Outstanding communicator, both in person and on the telephone • Ability to deliver customer distinction at all times. • Full manual driving licence Our commitment to excellence has been recognised by prestigious accolades, including the Great Place to Work awards consecutively; in 2022 and 2023.
