As a Bodyshop Estimator, you will provide a courteous and efficient estimating and reception service for the Bodyshop department. You will be responsible for damage assessment, negotiation, selling Smart and Bodyshop time, products, and services, and liaising with insurance companies and their engineers where appropriate. The main duties of the role include: To assess Bodyshop, S.M.A.R.T Repairs and extended warranties to customers To record a list of damages to the customers' vehicles To use Audatex to calculate costs and the time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally. To liaise and negotiate repair approvals with insurance engineers and customers. To complete job packs and prepare invoices in an accurate and timely manner. To liaise with Insurance Engineers To work Closely with the Bodyshop Manager and as a Team To deliver Right First Time Estimates Your profile: To have excellent communication skills to communicate credibly with our customers. To be able to develop rapport and trust with customers and to resolve conflict situations calmly and reasonably. To work to high standards, be self-motivated and able to multitask in a busy environment. To be Fully Conversant with Audatex To be able to Research Manufacture Methods To work on you own Initiative To have a valid clean UK Driving Licence and must be eligible to work in the UK.
