This is a newly created role, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to our service department's success. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Oversee a team of 2 direct reports, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Customer Service: Prioritise customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Performance Management: Monitor team performance, set clear goals, and provide regular feedback and coaching. Inventory Management: Manage parts inventory to optimise stock levels and minimise shortages. System Proficiency: Utilise Keyloop system to manage workflow and track performance metrics. Financial Performance: Contribute to the department's financial goals by maximising labor efficiency and controlling costs.Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Service Advisor or Workshop Controller within a main dealership environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Proficient in using workshop management systems, preferably Keyloop. A valid UK driving license.
