After sales Manager – Bolton - £43,000 Basic + Bonus   Position: Aftersales Manager Salary: Basic Salary £43,000 plus bonus OTE 60k Location: Bolton   Our client is looking for an Aftersales Manager to join their dealership in Bolton. For this role you will be Managing a service team of 26 including 12 vehicle technicians, 2 apprentices, 4 Service Advisors.43,000     In this role you will be: Develop and implement successful service standards and procedures. Manage and maintain service desk communications with both the team and customers. Supervise Service and Aftersales team ensuring targets are met. Promote good customer relationships improving Customer satisfaction while maintaining quality and repair times Ensure customer satisfaction, addressing customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Review and update service methods whenever necessary to improve overall efficiency. Conduct quarterly appraisals of team members and identify areas for improvement / development Creat and present regular progress reports to senior management Instructing customers on work required, care and maintenance. Ensure housekeeping standards and maintained to a high level, including the workshop and car park areas.Requirements for this Aftersales Manager role in Bolton are: Must be driven, enthusiastic and keen to exceed both company and customer expectations.
