Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 basic • £70,000 - £80,000 OTE Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm • 1in2 Saturday 9am – 1pm Why you’ll love this role * Company Car * Company Phone * Company Laptop * Join a respected prestige dealership with an established customer base * Lead a skilled Aftersales team with opportunities to coach, develop and inspire * Shape processes, performance and the overall customer journey * Full autonomy to drive marketing initiatives, efficiency improvements and departmental growth * Senior role with genuine influence over profitability, culture and long-term success What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly) * Planning, controlling and monitoring all service department processes while developing the Aftersales team * Coaching, mentoring and managing Service Advisors, Workshop Control and wider Aftersales staff * Reviewing labour efficiency, labour sales, cost of sales and ensuring resources match workshop requirements * Monitoring customer needs and competitor activity; leading targeted marketing and retention initiatives * Overseeing accurate recording of daily operating controls, KPIs and departmental reporting * Managing dealership assets including tools, equipment and workshop facilities * Controlling expenses against agreed budgets and regularly reviewing management accounts * Ensuring CSI excellence and embedding a customer-first culture What we’re looking for * Previous experience managing service and parts departments within a main dealer (essential) * A solid, progressive motor trade career in Aftersales Management * Strong leadership presence — able to motivate, influence and build a high-performing team * Confident relationship builder at all customer and corporate levels * Highly process-driven with deep understanding of KPIs and operational control * Commercially aware with entrepreneurial flair to grow Aftersales revenue * Proven track record delivering excellent CSI results * Strong understanding of vehicle design, manufacturer standards and legislation * Full UK Driving Licence Sound like you?
