The manufacturing facility houses some of the most advanced machining technology in Europe such as a multi axis NDT robotic machine, automated material cutting machine and multi axis CNC machining centres. We’re looking for candidates to join our manufacturing teams to develop Cardon Fibre components and systems for leading aircraft platforms globally, with the opportunity to develop your skills sets and grow you career within our business. Due to the large number of permanent manufacturing roles we have, we’re looking for candidates with the below capabilities and willingness to learn and develop their knowledge of our products and process: You will have: * An ability to learn and understand our processing techniques and materials used in the process, including learning the correct lay-up of pre-impregnated glass/carbon into mould tools, vacuum bagging, and resin infusion techniques. Relevant training will be provided. * You will have precision, attention to detail and take pride in being able to follow complex technical drawings and specifications accurately, ensuring that every product meets the highest quality standards. Relevant training will be provided. * You will have excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, enabling you to perform intricate tasks with precision and care.
