Based at Hortonwood 30, Borgers Telford a Company of Autoneum produces acoustically efficient components for automotive car manufacturers currently supplying to Jaguar Landrover, BMW, Aston Martin and Rolls Royce. Reporting to the HR Manager the main purpose of the role is to provide a professional, confidential and effective administrative support service to the Plant. Duties & responsibilities: * Attend to all reception duties including meeting and greeting visitors * Answer telephone calls and manage telephone system by screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them as appropriate * Manage and order stationery supplies, workwear supply * Manage locker allocation * Manage site services and contracts for cleaners, vending, grounds maintenance etc * Coordinate accommodation, travel and transport for overseas visitors and members of staff. * Organise lunches and refreshments for meetings. Liaise with relevant contacts/ customers/ suppliers where appropriate * Raise purchase orders (as per company Purchase Order Procedure) * Open and distribute incoming post daily, maintaining complete discretion at all times * Coordinate outgoing post and parcels * Minute taking in meetings if required * Preparation of presentations * Provide confidential administrative support to the HR Manager including creation of personnel files, right to work checks, filing, probationary period and sickness absence monitoring, organise occupational health appointments, organise training courses, booking of agency temps, collation of data for various KPI’s To be successful in the role you will have high level administrative and IT skills gained from working in a similar role, be well organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A team player who is supportive of others you will be professional and approachable with a willingness to be flexible and undertake duties as required.
