Warranty Administrator Gloucester £28K P.A Our client, a growing automotive dealership has a great opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join their amazing team. The role: * Accessing, processing, submitting, and monitoring all warranty claims, including negotiating with manufacturers directly on borderline claims. * Ensuring the company’s databases are correct and up to date. * Contacting customers to ensure that any manufactures recalls are carried out promptly. * Maintaining full photographic records, as required. * Processing and submitting service and extended coverage claim. * Building strong relationships within all teams across sites. * Dealing with queries and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner. * Ensuring all sites/departments are updated daily with current processing requirements and criteria. Key skills/ experience: * Ability to multi-task and prioritise. * IT Literate. * Able to follow processes on the computer. * Minimum 2 years motor trade experience
