As a Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our client's service department. You'll be responsible for internal work, job cards, leading a small team, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Additionally, you'll handle customer communications regarding warranty recalls, MOT checks, and other service-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Leading a small team of administrative staff and providing guidance and support as needed. Calling customers to inform them of warranty recalls and scheduling necessary appointments. Checking for MOT and warranty requirements and ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards. Filling in for Service Advisors during periods of absence, maintaining excellent customer service standards. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within a passenger car dealership or automotive service environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Experience leading a team and providing guidance and support to colleagues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Maturity and professionalism, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with tact and diplomacy. What's on Offer? Competitive basic salary of up to £32,000 per annum. Realistic OTE of £37,000 per annum. Range of company benefits, including pension scheme and holiday allowance.
