Key Responsibilities: * Support the Client Engagement Manager in providing a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new clients. * Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients throughout their journey. * Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical departments, to ensure client requirements are met. * Organise and facilitate regular client review meetings. * Ensure client records are kept up to date and accurately maintained in internal systems. * Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. * Assist with the development and delivery of client engagement strategies. * Prepare reports on client feedback, engagement trends, and key metrics. What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a service-based or technical environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. * A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
