Tailor Made is recruiting for specialist aerospace maintenance repair company providing high-quality repair and overhaul services for a wide range of turbines and aircraft engines. We are looking Workshop Technician / Engine Stripper .The ideal candidate will have experience in stripping down engines or mechanical equipment. Duties: * To disassemble aircraft engines and clean the related components in line with internal Quality Systems * Work closely within the production team to achieve optimum levels of performance, paying special attention to the Promised Delivery Date * Apply mathematical skills to solve technical problems Ideal Candidate: * Will have experience in striping down engine and sub-components of engine parts or mechanical equipment * Has mechanical background * Has basic understanding of tooling and measuring equipment * Engine experience or in aviation desirable however not essential as on the job training will be provided, a transferable skill will also lend itself to doing the work This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Technician to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies.
